Mark came to our caravan for an informal chat regarding the plan of installing two air-con units. Well Mark is both very polite and very knowledgeable in this matter. After informing us on what we would need to meet our needs, he priced everything up and gave us a brief quote with a much more in depth quote being emailed shortly after. We were kept up to date regularly in respects to the installation and any answers to any questions. The units have been in now for a number of months and we have found them to be amazing, instant cool air especially during such a hot period. The units are incredibly quiet and such a godsend for when our grandchildren are sleeping over. Mark thanks for such an amazing opportunity to take this service into our caravan. There just amazing.
